The old kitchen was inadequate and missing key components for the district's current needs. the plan was to completely renovate the kitchen with all new equipment.
The new kitchen Was designed to have walk-in cooler and freezer, dry storage, new serving lines, full-service cooking line, and dish room. The newly renovated kitchen is supported by a new walk-in, which they did not have before, and all new equipment. The new space provides a better flow and increases efficiency, along with more equipment to serve the students for years to come.
