Boca Bistro

Boca Bistro's new space was a renovation of two existing spaces located downtown in historic Saratoga Springs. The first space was an existing pizza shop and the other a boutique in an old building with some structural restrictions. The concept was joining both spaces as one.

We decided to create a tight kitchen with several stations that would have two areas open from the bar into the kitchen and from the dining room into another part of the kitchen. The décor of the dining area and the bar were to be the focal point as you enter the space.

This Spanish restaurant has too many details to mention that make it spectacular! The kitchen has the needed equipment in a very small footprint along with a nice size bar to meet all your needs. Three work stations were created in the kitchen for production. You have to come and experience Boca in order to appreciate the real workmanship and taste the original Spanish cuisine.
