The High School kitchen had major staff flow issues, student flow issues, and the equipment was very old. The décor was outdated and uninviting. A creation of an entire kitchen and serving area needed to be developed to resolve all the issues.
We rotated the entire kitchen 90 degrees and created a new serving area and kitchen orientation. We added brand new serving equipment with LED lighting and solid surfaces, along with live pizza prep and cooking area. The kitchen and servery were separated with pass-thru equipment. A new hood, UDS System and cooking equipment offer a more conducive work flow in the kitchen.
The new serving area is extremely attractive and functional. Layout changes in the kitchen created a more conducive work space for the food service staff. The design elements of this project speak for themselves and the operator is proud of the new space.
