    We needed to create a new production kitchen in an empty warehouse, complete with refrigerated storage, dry storage, various prep spaces, refrigerated prep, large production cooking, expediting area, and multiple dishwashing areas and a shipping area.

    The design includes a variety of large refrigerated storage rooms, a multitude of roll-in combination ovens complete with large roll-in blast chillers to meet the large production demands, refrigerated prep areas as well as room temperature prep areas. The hoods are complete with several UDS systems. This facility has a produce washing area that will astonish you as it is able to wash truckloads of apples in a short time, as well as large dish rooms.

    We created a large production kitchen that can met the current needs of thousands of meals per day. This large space has the capabilities to handle double and triple the production in the future.
