The old kitchen and serving area had seen it’s last days and was in need of an upgrade in décor as well as equipment. The new design was created to upgrade equipment, increase efficacy, and increase student participation.
The renovated space has a complete new look and flow with a new dish-room, prep area, cooking line-up, storage space, and serving area. The new design also has a cooking station at the servery for cook-to-order station.
A beautiful new servery has an easy flow-through path into the dining area. The large beverage cooler has a cold drink for everyone and the serving area has multiple stations to satisfy any craving!
