Saratoga Racetrack Grandstands - Phase 1

The Saratoga track has a lot of old charm and tradition weaved throughout the facility. Our team was challenged to update the equipment, improve efficiency, and streamline some processes for the Finish Line Bar and the Finish Line Grill and Pizza. We worked with the architect team and the facility to modernize the space while still maintaining the charm and traditions of the track.

The renovation project included new hoods, new cooking equipment, all new bar equipment, merchandising, and workspace. The locations of the original bar and grill remain in the same space, but are completely revamped with a modern look, sleek new counters, new signage, and technology, to speed up the service and attract more visitors to the space.
