    South Spring Valley Fire District

    The SSVFD voted to build a new fire station to accommodate the growing needs of their coverage area. Part of the new building was a larger commercial kitchen. The kitchen needed to be multi-functional for various meetings, meals, private parties, and community events. They desired to have an outdoor patio area to extend the space to the outside.

    The new kitchen has ample space for all the needs of the fire district. The kitchen includes a walk-in cooler/freezer for ice, food, and beverage storage, hood, range with ovens and grill, fryers, large island work tables, ice machine, and dry storage. There is a large sink station with an under counter dishwasher right inside the patio area.

    The kitchen also has a pass-window to the outside patio, not far away from the outdoor kitchen space. In the main seating area, there is also a new bar for a cold drink on those hot days or a place to watch TV and relax.
