The goal was to update and renovate the existing and outdated food service facility and dining hall. A high production kitchen, servery with an open concept and a menu with multiple options for the students was the goal.
Working within the existing building constraints, a free flowing server with many different options, as well as a welcoming dining hall, was designed and created.
Some of the highlights are the pizza station, salad station, hot entrée, and self service items. There is also a café open after hours with hot and cold beverages, bakery items, smoothies, and ice cream.
