Coeymans Hollow Fire

The firehouse was getting a make-over and part of the renovations included a new commercial kitchen. The space needed to be multi-functional for meals and community events.

We had ample space to create a generous layout with great circulation. The kitchen includes reach-in refrigeration, dry storage, hood, range with ovens and grill, fryer, large island work tables, as well as additional work space around the perimeter of the kitchen. There is a space for dishwashing in a large sink along with a small under counter dishwasher. This kitchen should provide many years of service for the men and women that service this community.
