We were tasked to create a brand new kitchen and dining hall in the existing space with a new venue and look. The new kitchen was to utilize some of the existing equipment, but the majority will be new. The design was to incorporate new equipment and stations to significantly increase student participation.
The chefs loved the new blast chiller and pressure braising pan as they reduce waste and increase production times. The attractive dining hall has a venue including a bakery, pantry area, salad bar station, several beverage stations, hot entrée, and a pizza station. The new facility is the “buzz” on campus!
