Murphy's Specialized Pastry

Our team was asked to create a retail bakery shop with minimum seating, a work space for the pastry chef in the retail space, and adequate kitchen and bakery space for the baker located in a strip-mall setting.

The retail store has a sleek counter with a display case and a few seats if a customer wants to stay and enjoy a treat. The back kitchen is complete with hood and baking equipment, walk-in, mixing equipment, and prep area to create whatever the client desires.

A bright and inviting retail space lures new customers into this great store in Manlius! Customers have the choice to go into the store to purchase pre-made items that are in the case as well as calling to special-order items for a party or event. Whatever the sweet tooth desires, they make!
